We had a fantastic stay! The kids loved the spacious room with all the amenities, and we enjoyed relaxing by the on-site hot bath and checking out the fitness center. The only small hiccup was that it’s a bit far to walk to nearby attractions if you have little ones, but overall, we'd definitely recommend it! 😊

I had a fantastic stay, with exceptionally helpful staff who promptly assisted with reservations and details about Sapporo. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and convenient to shopping. One downside was the limited dining options. I wish there were more affordable meals available at the hotel.

The location was perfect! Just an 8-minute walk from Sapporo Station, and having a 7-Eleven across the street was a fantastic bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

However, lacking room service was inconvenient, especially after long days. The noise from the nearby train tracks did disrupt the peace occasionally.

I enjoyed that the hotel is just a short walk from Odori Park and Sapporo Clock Tower, making my weekend explorations so much easier and more delightful. plus, the breakfast was really good with plenty of tasty options that I looked forward to each morning.

It was just a decent option for a rapid stop in Sapporo with good value for price. The mattress and pillows were super comfy, giving me an excellent sleep. If you need self-laundry, plan ahead since there are no facilities available.

We had an amazing time visiting Odori Park and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The hotel is close to the park and just a short walk to the subway, making it easy to explore Sapporo. Our room was spacious, perfect for our large family with babies!

In my wife’s opinion, housekeeping could definitely be improved, especially regarding daily towel service.
